REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Our refund and returns policy lasts 2 days. If 2 days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, you may no longer claim for  a full refund or exchange. 

THE POLICY

I.   A customer may claim for a refund, return or exchange, in case of the following scenarios. Tinda.shopandhire.net will process the claim with no questions asked.

1. Damaged/Spoiled upon receipt – a photo for proof must be sent on the same day of receipt
2. Wrong item received – a photo for proof must be sent on the same day of receipt
3. Not Delivered at all, provided that our delivery rider does not have his proof of delivery. Please report by the end of the expected delivery day

II. Only partial refund will be granted for any item not in its original condition: consumed, damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Outside of these scenarios, refunds and returns will be processed only in the sole discretion of Tinda.shopandhire.net . We want to serve you in the best way we can. Contact us and we will hear your concerns, complaints and suggestions.
