This is a type of ganache, similar to the filling inside French truffles, made from a mix of melted cacao and fresh cream. Nama Chocolate bars are originally dusted with cocoa powder but variations come with Matcha, Strawberry flavoring and Almonds, among others. 1 box = 320 grams.
