1 pack = 10 pcs. This is the same sweet signature longganisa from Cebu without the casing. It is made with ground lean pork, ground pork fat, salt, saltpeter, sugar, anise liqueur (anisado), paprika, black pepper, garlic, and chilis to taste. The taste and flavor is ultimately distinct from other regular sweet longganisas.
